• 2 oz tequila
  • ¾ oz cointreau
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 4 drops thai bitters
  • 30 g (8–12 leaves) thai basil
  • margarita glass
  • garnish: thai basil sprig

muddle thai basil. cold shake with all ingredients. strain into chilled glass and garnish.
