  • 125 g (~125 ml) whole milk
  • 100 g (~125 ml) whole fat yogurt
  • 75 g (~65 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cardamom pods, crushed and peeled
  • optionally, rose water or bloomed saffron
