instructions
- wash chicken
- temper spices
- add whole chicken, radish, aromatics, sugar to 3–4 l cold water and bring to boil, skimming impurities
- add spices once boiling and let simmer for 45 min
- remove and shred chicken, add back to pot
- prepare fixings
