  • bananas
    • 3 ripe bananas
    • 2 tbsp wine
    • 2 tbsp rum
    • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • bread pudding
    • 200 g bread (2 viet baguettes)
    • 1 egg
    • 400 ml coconut milk
    • 50 g condensed milk
    • 50 g butter
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 5 g vanilla (2 pods)

instructions

  1. slice bananas and marinate in liquids
  2. rip apart bread and marinate in combined liquids for 1 hour
  3. layer bread then banana mixtures
  4. bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes
