  • 100 g condensed milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 g salt

instructions

    1. warm cream and milk to and keep at 170 ºF
    2. steep coffee
      1. add coffee grounds. steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. strain
      2. alternatively french press w/ 500 ml 170 ºF milk
    3. add condensed milk
