ingredients

• white ice cream dairy base
• 150 g sugar
• 100 g coarsely ground dark-roast robusta coffee beans
• 100 g condensed milk
• 1 g salt

instructions

1. ¹hot infusion
   1. warm dairy to and keep at 170 ºF
   2. add coffee grounds. steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. strain
   3. dissolve condensed milk
2. proceed with white ice cream template instructions
