- white ice cream dairy base
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g coarsely ground dark-roast robusta coffee beans
- 100 g condensed milk
- 1 g salt
instructions
- 1hot infusion
- warm dairy to and keep at 170 ºF
- add coffee grounds. steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. strain
- dissolve condensed milk
- proceed with white ice cream template instructions
