- white ice cream template ingredients
- 100? g sugar
- 100 g water
- 75 g fresh mint leaves
- 140 g dark chocolate
- 62.5 g salted butter
instructions
- heat water and sugar to create syrup. steep and muddle mint in syrup to extract flavor, about 15 minutes
- add half and half and reduce to 500 ml. strain
- proceed with white ice cream template instructions
- while base is churning, melt dark chocolate and butter on double boiler
- ~5 minutes before base is finished churning, pour in melted chocolate mixture
