instructions

  1. steep corn kernels and cobs in milk, reduce until liquid + kernels is 1 l total
  2. purée corn kernels and milk (from base) until smooth
  3. continue with fruit ice cream template instructions
    1. (1) use corn kernel/milk mixture
    2. (1.1) add halved corn cobs to hot mixture to infuse flavor for ½ hr
    3. (4–5) leave cobs in custard while cooking and cooling
